Cytotoxic Isolator

Retrofitting of an isolator to an existing vacuum drier.

Production Module

This module consists of a four reactors, evaporator, Lauda Skids, and counter current extraction
columns.

Vacuum Tray Drier

This facility was designed for the tray drying of    active drug substance. Ultimate vacuum achieved was 3 mbara at 97 degrees centigrade.

High Vacuum Pump

This Busch vacuum pump was installed and         designed for a major client. The unit has auto drain down from the solvent knockout pots as well as acoustic cladding to reduce noise pollution.
